Wilton, CT tech startup seeks fulltime technical support professional. Knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and 2008, Exchange, general office networks, and firewalls needed.
Previous technical support experience is ideal and must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Responsibilities include answering support calls, managing email-based support ticket system and following up on unresolved issues.
